Fix common problems

A referral is missing

Check that tracking is enabled and the exact website origin is allowed. Check the link code and parameter. The affiliate must be active. Try the link in a new browser session and check Fraud protection for blocks.

A browser click is not enough. Your server must register the signed-in customer. Check the steps in Tracking.

A payment has no commission

Check the customer-to-Stripe link, the event state, and the flow. The program and affiliate must be active. Every condition in a flow must match. A payment can be saved without a commission when no flow matches.

A Stripe event is blocked

Read the error in Stripe events. Fix the missing data or rule, then use Retry blocked / failed. Repeated clicks on retry do not create extra commissions for the same payment.

An affiliate cannot open a program

Use the invited email. Check that the invitation is still valid and the affiliate is active. An applicant in a private group needs approval. Signing in does not create membership on its own.

An import stops

Read the preview errors. Check source account IDs, missing affiliate links, currency, and record limits. Do not remove an error by changing IDs to guessed values.

A save says the record changed

Refresh the page. Review the current record, then make the change again. This protects another person’s recent edits.

A feature has no action button

Read Feature guide. Some pages show saved records but cannot send money or emails.
