Share files and links with affiliates

Use Resources for logos, videos, PDFs, links, and other files that affiliates need.

Upload and publish

  1. Open Resources.
  2. Choose a file and enter its title.
  3. Select Upload file. Files can be up to 25 MB.
  4. Use Edit resource to choose a folder or audience.
  5. Check the draft, then choose Publish.
  6. Open the affiliate portal and check the download.

Choose Add link. Enter a name and an HTTPS URL. Choose a folder and audience, then save. The link starts as a draft. Open its folder and choose Publish when it is ready.

Affiliates choose Open resource link in their portal. Referral Bear checks their access before sending them to the page. The page itself is hosted elsewhere; its owner controls whether it is public.

Use folders

Choose Create folder and give it a name. Use Open folder to see its contents, or All resources to return to the top. Use Edit resource to rename an item or move it into a folder. Folders can be nested up to five levels.

New folders are visible to their chosen audience. Files and links still need to be published. An affiliate must have access to both the item and every folder above it.

Choose an audience

Open Edit resource and choose All affiliates, One affiliate, or One group under Available to. For an affiliate or group, search the list and select the right name. You can also paste its ID from this program. The picker loads up to 500 records.

An affiliate must be active. When their group changes, their access changes too. A link to a file does not bypass these checks.

Remove access

Unpublish an item to stop future access. Archive it when you no longer want to use it. Unpublishing or archiving a folder also blocks access to the files and links inside it. Owners and managers can still see these records and publish them again.

An affiliate from another company cannot download your files. You cannot take back a file that someone already downloaded or hide a public page after they have learned its address.

Files are downloaded, not shown as web pages. Upload only files you trust; the app does not scan them for malware.
