Show notices in the affiliate portal

Notifications show short messages inside the affiliate portal. They do not send an email.

Add a notice

1. Open Notifications and enable the notice display.
2. Choose the bell or corner-bubble display, then press Save notification settings.
3. Create a title and a message of up to 250 characters.
4. Choose all affiliates or one group.
5. Set both the start date and the end date. Both are required.
6. Choose whether to pin it and allow dismissal, then save.

Check it

Open the portal as an active affiliate in the selected group. Open the notice panel. A future-dated notice waits for its start time. Dates use your browser’s time zone.

View counts count distinct affiliates who opened a panel containing the notice. They are not email opens or proof that someone read the whole message.

Cancel a notice to remove it from the portal. An affiliate’s dismissal stays saved when they sign in again.
