Use your affiliate account
Your affiliate portal shows your own referral links, referrals, commissions, and saved payout history.
Join a program
Open the program owner’s invitation link. Sign in with the invited email, return to the link, and choose Activate invitation. Or open the company’s affiliate portal and apply. Answer its signup questions and read the terms link if one is shown. If the program requires it, check I agree to the program terms of service before applying.
A private group waits for the program owner to approve your application. Your portal shows Awaiting approval until then; you do not need to apply again. A public group can activate you on signup.
If you belong to one program, Affiliate login opens that portal directly. If you belong to several, choose the program you want to open. Each program has its own access status. On referralbear.com, use the Program selector in the portal sidebar to switch between programs you belong to. A paused program keeps the selector so you can choose another program. Its Check status button checks whether the owner has resumed it.
Use the sidebar to open Overview, Referrals, Commissions, Payouts, and the other pages. On a phone, open the navigation menu in the top left. Expand Earnings for commissions and payouts, or Account for payment details and your profile. Sign out from the account menu in the top right.
Share a link
Use the link assigned to you. If code changes are allowed, choose a personal code. You cannot change the website destination. Old codes keep working after a code change.
Read earnings
A referral is a customer you brought in. A commission is what you earned. Approved commissions and paid history are separate.
Use Load more history to read older records. The owner chooses whether customer names are visible. Customer emails and payment IDs stay hidden.
Your profile
Open Profile to change your display name, website, or email language. Use a language code such as en, fr, or pt-BR, then choose Save profile. Your choice is saved for this program.
If your Tolt import includes a language choice, the portal keeps it until you pick another one.
Under Email preferences, choose first referral, new referral, and payout emails, then save your profile. Each program has its own choices. Existing Tolt opt-outs are kept until you change them.
Apply to a program, check access after the owner approves it, and save your profile.
Files and notices
Download published resources from your program. Open the notice panel for messages. You can dismiss a message if its owner allowed that.
One company’s program does not give you access to another.
Send updates to your server
If your program enables postbacks, open Postbacks to send your referral and commission updates to an HTTPS endpoint. See the postback guide for setup and delivery logs.
Use Payment details to save your PayPal, bank, Wise, wire, or wallet instructions.
If you are signed out, choose Affiliate sign in or Create login first. An existing pending or suspended membership shows its current status instead of another application form. Choose Check status after the owner updates your access. If a temporary service problem prevents the portal from loading, choose Retry.
