Create referral links

A referral link adds an affiliate’s code to a website address. For example, https://your-site.com/?ref=alex.

  1. Open Referral links and choose Create.
  2. Pick the affiliate.
  3. Enter a Referral code, such as alex.
  4. Enter the full Destination URL.
  5. Choose Save.
  6. Check that tracking is installed on the destination website.

Check results

Use the link’s result action to see its clicks and referrals. The affiliate can also see results for their own links.

Let affiliates change codes

Open Program settings → Edit link permissions. Allow personalization. Active affiliates can then add or change their codes in the portal. They cannot change the destination website or URL parameter.

Codes can use letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. Old codes remain tied to the same link after a change. A code cannot be taken by a different affiliate. Disabling a link stops new use.
