Billing and plans

Open Billing in the dashboard sidebar to see the plan for your account, its status, and the next billing date. Your account’s billing is separate from commissions and payouts to affiliates.

View payments and invoices

Choose Manage billing & invoices to open your Paddle billing portal. You must sign in with a verified email that matches the email used for billing.

The portal shows your subscription and payment history. Open Payments to find a paid invoice. You can also update your payment method or cancel your subscription there. Canceled subscriptions keep access to their billing history.

Choose a plan

When checkout is available, choose a plan and select Continue to checkout. Review the total, including any tax, before confirming payment. Your account updates after Paddle confirms the subscription.

Monthly plans cost $69 for Basic, $99 for Growth, or $199 for Pro. Annual plans cost $690, $990, or $1,990, billed once per year. Annual billing saves two months; the program and monthly revenue allowances stay the same.

If you close checkout, use Resume checkout to continue. To choose a different plan, cancel the pending checkout first. A completed payment cannot be canceled with this button; manage its subscription in the billing portal instead.

Program allowances

Basic includes two programs, Growth includes five, and Pro has no program limit. Paused programs still count. Access as a manager in another owner’s program does not use your allowance.

Canceling or pausing a subscription, or a past-due payment, prevents new program creation. Existing program records remain available. Downgrading below the number of programs you already own does not delete them.
