Add and manage affiliates

An affiliate refers customers to your company and earns a commission.

Invite affiliates to join

1. Open Affiliates and choose Invite affiliates.
2. Choose Copy signup link. Share the link by email, chat, or on your website.
3. The affiliate opens the link, creates an account or signs in, and submits the signup form.
4. Review new applications in Affiliates and choose Approve when needed.

For a specific group, use its signup link from Affiliate groups.

Add an affiliate manually

Use this for an existing affiliate or a record you need to add yourself. Most affiliates can use the signup link above.

1. Open Affiliates and choose Add manually.
2. Enter Name and Email, then Save.
3. Find the new row and choose Approve.
4. Choose Create login invitation and share the link with that affiliate.
5. The affiliate signs in with the invited email, opens the link, and chooses Activate invitation.

Review an affiliate

Use View profile to read their details and signup answers. Use Edit profile to change their name, company, country, or website. Changing a profile does not change the login email.

Approve or suspend

Approve an applicant to give them program access. Suspend an affiliate to stop new referrals and commissions. Their past records stay in the program. Fraud protection also lets you suspend from a blocked event.

Use tags

Create a tag in Affiliates, assign it to an affiliate, then use the tag filter. Tags help you find people; they do not change commission rates. Use groups for group-based rules.
