Team access
Invite a manager to help run your program.
Invite someone
- Open Team in the dashboard.
- Enter their email address.
- Click Create invite link.
- Copy the link and send it to that person.
Referral Bear does not send this invite by email. The link lasts seven days. A new link for the same email cancels the old one.
Join a team
- Open your invite link.
- Sign in or create an account with the invited email address.
- Click Accept invite.
The dashboard opens the program you joined.
Remove access
The owner can click Remove access next to a manager. This also cancels their pending invites. The owner cannot be removed here.
Managers can work with affiliates and program records. Only the owner can invite or remove members and record payouts. There is no custom role editor or owner transfer yet.
