Sign in and recover your account

Owners and affiliates use the same sign-in page. Your account can only open programs you belong to.

Sign in

  1. Open Sign in on the website.
  2. Use your email and password, or Continue with Google.
  3. Owners open the dashboard. Affiliates can use Affiliate login to open their programs.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email used for your account.
  3. Open the reset link from Firebase and choose a new password.
  4. Return to sign-in and use the new password.

Check your spam folder if the email is missing. Google accounts can sign in through Google without setting a Referral Bear password.

If sign-in fails

Allow the Google popup, then try again. If the app says to use your original sign-in method, use the method that first created your account. An affiliate with no programs should open the invitation from their program owner.

Signing out closes the current app session. An invitation does not give access to other companies.
