Ask signup questions

Ask affiliates for details when they apply. You can use text, one choice, or multiple choices.

Add a question

1. Open Signup questions.
2. Add a question and choose its answer type.
3. For choice questions, add the allowed answers.
4. Mark it required if every applicant must answer it.
5. Choose the groups that should see it. No selected groups means all groups.
6. Save the question.

Check the form

Open Affiliate groups and choose Copy signup URL for the group. Open that URL in a signed-out window and check the questions. A required question must have an answer before signup can finish.

Read answers

Open Affiliates → View profile. The Signup responses section shows what the affiliate answered.

Edits apply to later signups. Old answers keep the question text and choices that the affiliate saw. Disable a question to stop asking it without removing old answers.
